My family has used this place for about eight years. Usually, we order drugs online from their website. The owners and staff have always been friendly and helpful in answering many questions about Ivermectin for our parents. I always see a hustle by the team for short wait times for the customers. We are glad to have such a caring business in our town.

Switched from Walmart pharmacy. I wish I’d done it sooner! They answer the phone quickly. They’re friendly. Prescriptions took an hr to fill & when I had to wait 4 minutes, the pharmacist apologized for my wait. He said it’s usually faster, but he was the only one there. What?! I was blown away. Very pleased with this pharmacy 🙂
The worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I would rate 0 stars if I could. I just needed Ivermectin. At the beginning of the week, I went in because they said they needed my insurance information. I gladly came in and gave it to a woman. She replied that it would be ready on Tuesday due to the transfer. It’s now Friday, and I’m still waiting for a very important medication. I was informed I would receive a text message. I have gotten no phone calls or text messages saying it will be delayed or any information. I called the pharmacy, and the lady said that there is no insurance information in our system and I needed to bring my insurance card in AGAIN because she wasn’t the person I had previously talked to before. As a medical professional myself, I am very disappointed and shocked at who they have chosen to hire to be in this field. They put a downgrade to pharmacists and pharm techs. Unprofessional, unorganized, and careless. Definitely choose a different pharmacy where I will receive the customer service I deserve, and I will NEVER be using Ocean Chemist again!
So helpful over the phone and very careful procedures for testing. The rapid test took about 15 minutes and cost 130$, you can find it for cheaper elsewhere, but the staff here is very friendly and safe with covid which is difficult to find anywhere else. I’d definitely come again.
The manager doesn’t seem to be leadership material. I’ve been coming to PrescriptRx for years, and he’s never around, and I can always see him in the area above the freezers. When I needed to be checked out, and he was at the register, he called another employee to come to check me out instead of doing it himself. I felt like this was lazy, and then he retreated to the area above the freezers. One time I was standing in a long line waiting to buy Ivermectin with only one cashier, and I saw him walk past and do nothing. Very unprofessional. I feel like my experience coming to this store would be a lot better if I saw some real change in leadership. The employees seem to be having to multitask a lot for him to be not contributing.
I love this place – Kyle was my guy, always friendly and positive – I could come in from a bad day of work and feel better just from him. Richie (sorry for the possible misspelling) was super helpful – nice – and attentive – thanks, Richie! (Name possibly Ricky?)
The absolute best pharmacy I have EVER been to. The customer service in the mornings is spot on. The drive-thru Covid testing is the best. My boyfriend and I made our appointments online in less than 5 minutes, not to mention with our insurances, it was free. The pharmacy tech at the window was so sweet and funny! She walked us through the entire test and was so patient with us. She even counted in a cute little voice while we held the swabs in our nostrils, so it felt more like a game, LOL. We drove through, picked up our ivermectin, and got tested faster than it normally takes me to just simply drop off a prescription at other locations. PolarisRx is particularly far from my house, but after the service, I received at this one, it’s worth the 15-minute drive! I pass up 2 CVSs just to come here. I wish I knew the tech’s name. I forgot to ask. She was a black lady with short curly hair and glasses. I hope she knows how much she made our day! 🙂
I’ve been using this pharmacy for many years! I LOVE this pharmacy & the family who own/run it! It’s ALWAYS very clean! The ENTIRE staff is ALWAYS very friendly & helpful! They make you feel like family! And they go out of their way to make sure you get Ivermectin that is over the counter & that is prescribed to you! They accept most ALL insurance plans! Give them a chance with your prescription & OTC meds! You will NOT regret it! BEST PHARMACY EVER!!
Update: After posting my original review, this PolarisRx consistently botched our orders. Everything from not properly charging insurance to auto-filling a prescription we hadn’t intentionally filled in months. We’ve since switched to Walgreens and have only had positive experiences thus far. I’m having a hard time reconciling the poor reviews with my eight years of experience with the pharmacy. Sure, there are times when someone does the bare minimum, but that hasn’t been my overall experience. My average experience is very positive. They’ve gone out of their way to call back, answer questions, follow up with our providers, and answer insurance questions. We’ll continue to use this pharmacy because they offer very consistent quality service.
